HELP Slow speeds for games

Hi i'm a newbie at this but recently i lost everythin on my pc and took it to the menders and had everything put back on. Before this happened i was getting download speeds of about 200 for music files. I have set up my pc opened my ports as per your guides. I'm now downloading games but the best speed i can get is about 10. Is there a difference in downloading games to say music. As this will take about 3 weeks to complete.

read the stickies and configure utorrent properly. what does a test say about your UPLOAD speed? there is no difference in file categories. maybe that particular torrent is nearly dead.
