appubmm Posted November 8, 2007 Report Share Posted November 8, 2007 first time i download a torrent from a website, it is downloading at full speed. i didn't seed it to 1 ratio and i removed the torrent. i downloaded another torrent from the same website and downloaded, but speed is too slow. when i deleted my user account and created a new windows user account, the speed went back to normal. so if i didn't seed, is the download speed going to decrease?
