Error File Missing - I moved the complete folders now cant seed

As my hard disk partition was filling up too quick i moved (shut down utorrent first) the completed downloaded folders to another partition.

Now all those downloaded torrents come up as error file missing.

This is a shame as i want to share and seed these for other users, but now i cant.

I looked and looked but cant work out how to "point" them to the new location of the file.

Any help please, i sure theres gear on there you guys wanna leech.

Oh yeah - also when i log in as a different user (Xp) only the torrents for that user are there. Is there a way to "merge" so all users use the same utorrent ......
