all of a sudden utorrent is slow...ports closed etc

last week my utorrent began to die for no reason.

I have a good ratio

I have a little green tick down the bottom but when i check it says the ports closed...huh.

I have a static isp address.

I've forwarded the ports correctly.

Please please can anyone assist me/
