Help please!

Hi, I just started using uTorrent and have a quick question. The thing I'm downloading isn't downloading (if that makes sense)

It says

Seeds

0(2)

Peers

0(1)

And its in the "inactive" list. No matter what I do I can't get it to start downloading.

Any help would be much appreciated
