I think it's a port problem, as I have tried using 80, and 8080 and the numbers beside D: at the bottom appear for a while, and then go back to 0, same as with beside U:. At best you can try asking a network administrator nicely for them to open a port for you, but I doubt that'd go too well. Unless you become friends with a network administrator or two.
