"error access denied" message when using temp folder in program files

Hello

Everytime I use my uTorrent I always get an "Error, access denied" message only when I use the downloading temperory file folder inside my "program files" folder but when pick "my documents" as the downloading temp folder the error message problem goes a way, I was wondering can any one teach me how to fix this problem to use the temp folder in the program files. Many thanks in advance.'

Edit: I forgot to mention my notebook is using Vista, heh.

It's a permissions issue. Vista will not you write to program files, except when you run a program as admin.

Avoid using that directory to store files.
