Mathews Posted June 13, 2008 Report Share Posted June 13, 2008 Ok so I forwarded my ports for utorrent and set up a static IP address on my home router, and it worked fine. But now I'm in the library, it's not working. I can't connect to the swarm in utorrent at all - nothing's downloading/uploading/seeding and I'm connected the internet fine. Beyond that, I wouldn't be too surprised if the library's network administrators blocked BitTorrent traffic. In short, you shouldn't be using BitTorrent on borrowed connections.
