Yaniv
Hi, I've installed mTorrent on my Vista OS. My computer has a wireless connection via a 3com router. I have followed the instructions on Portforward.com, defined a static ip and changed the Firewall definitions on my router's webpage...but alas - my speed is very low and I have an icon at the bottom of the torrent window, telling me the port isn't forwarded properly. What can I do?Yaniv

The_Nephilim
Well it could be possible that it is a Combo Unit. Please Read this Guide to determine if it is:http://forum.portforward.com/YaBB.cgi?board=Knowledge;action=display;num=1139203841They mention what you can do to fix the Problem. also if you need to setup a Static IP make sure it is Outsdide the Range of the routers DHCP Start & End IP, Please Read this guide on How to choose a Static IP:http://forum.portforward.com/YaBB.cgi?board=Knowledge;action=display;num=1116577357You can Also if the Modem turns out to be a Combo unit Put it in Bridge Mode then all your Forawarding will be done in the 2nd device.
