speed problem please help me.very important for me.

i use utorrent.when i download something firstly everything is correct.good speed.but after one or two hours there is a problem about speed.suddenly download and upload speed is lower lower and lower.for example download is 70 kbs upload is 20 kbs. suddenly they started to drop . 60 50 40 30 20 and .after a few minutes later again they grow and after a few minutes again drop.

how can i solve that problem.please help me.

all problems in here about slow connection.but my problem isnt slow connection.my download and upload speed good but it cut down after i started the utorrent after 1 hour .download and upload speed suddenly drop down to 0 kbs.and 2 3 minutes later go up.and again 2 3 minutes later go down.like that.
