matthewh101 Posted July 25, 2008 Report Posted July 25, 2008 Due to new rulings by ISP's, i hear that they are running a three strikes and your out principle. My question is this, "How can they differentiate between someone using the software legitamately to send photos they have taken, to be downloaded, or Fred in his attic trying to get the latest Adobe releases". I know of people who have had their first letters through when using Emule, and its a worry that just by using a particular piece of software, which does the job very well, your internet connection could be no more, and you have done no wrong! Does protocol obfusication help, and is it a way round the situation
