Port Forward fail

Port foward test fails.

I am able to download at aprox.

Have port forwarded in virtual server on router as per guide. Is there another way to check this?

Status of utorrent is yellow/ no incoming connections

My internal IP is obtained automatically but doesnt change, does this matter?

What do I correct first?
