I can't forward my port to utorrent

Hello,

I'm quite new to this sort of thing. On the speed guide i have a port but for some reason i can't test if the port is forwarded. Is this the reason i can't connect to utorrent? Can anyone help please?

Start > Run > control appwiz.cpl,,3 > Custom > Choose a default Web browser:

Select your browser, and make sure "Enable access to this program" is checked.

Additionally, check the setup guide.

Thank you for taking the time to send me that information. I have just tried that and i am still not able to connected. Is there anything else?
