µTorrent 1.3.1-beta build 389

I setting the sheduler to download with half of speed from 12.00 til 19.00 it works.

But if sheduled time ends, 19.00 the speed falling down to 10kb/s, this

hapens when i turning off the sheduler. Thatswhy I set my shedulerspeed to 1000kb/s

to download my torrents with full possible speed, in the time i have full speed.
