linux/windows bug

i use Gentoo Linux with wine 1.1.3 and Windows xp.

I use uTorrent 1.8 and i share the folder "C:/Documents and settings/username/application data/uTorrent" with "$HOME/.wine/drive_c/windows/profiles/username/aplication data/uTorrent"

i use it to not have to re-check downloads when boot one or other operating system, but when it starts (only when I switch between gentoo-Windows) the program intend to install it again instead of start normally.

If I reboot the pc and start again the same OS, uTorrent start normally.

Is there any solution?
