Armand Hammer
My speeds dropped to about 30 kB/sec download and were never reaching full upload, so I called my ISP (Shaw in Canada). One tech claimed they didn't "change traffic" and another tech wouldn't give me a straight answer. Since then I've heard more about Ellacoya and DPI, and I thought there may be two potential ways to increase my speeds. 1. Set up a VPN. If anyone could point me to a good resource on setting this up, that would be great.2. I noticed my speeds are a bit better on a private tracker I use for textbooks, etc (bitspyder). Perhaps I would get better speeds with Demonoid, TorrentLeech, or Bitme? If anyone has an invite to one of those, that would be awesome. My share ratio on bitspyder is 3.08. Thanks!
