Network ok / no incoming connections

I have been having a hard time uploading once i start seeding a file (it works fine untill im done leeching) but after i have finished downloading the uploads for that file stop. Occasionally the ui on utorrent goes from network ok to no incoming connections then with out me changing anything after some time (seems almost random to me) it goes back to network is ok. I have tested to make sure port forwarding is working though utorrent and it says that it is, and it works fine when i am leaching a file (ill upload faster than i download in most cases). But i would like to seed back as well.

Its going to change because you will have no incoming connections and it will go back to green when you have an incoming connection.
