not conectable on a wireless network

I continue getting a not connectable on my laptop. I've tried everything and every time I try to forward a port my connection crashes. I have no clue on what I'm doing and don't understand anything about computers, if anyone could give me some tips or anything to improve mi speed .

every link i log on to says I have to get a static IP but when I do that my conection crashes
