non http traffic trottling

BT Total broadband restrict non http traffic during evening peak hours and hence i am not able to get anything more than 5kB/s during 1800 to 0000hrs on weekdays (speed will usually increase to 200kB/s between 0000-0700 and 100kB/s for the rest of the day).

I have tried everything, i.e.port forwarding with different ports, encryption etc and the speed will simply not increase during the peak hours

Is there anyway to bypass their traffic shaping??
