Need Information about "Tracker Status"

Hi,

I am using utorrent, now. Its great, but i dont know about the "Tracker Status".

Currently my Tracker Status is "working". What does it means?

At Bittornado, i have "Green, Blue, Yellow" Status.

Where can i find about the Tracker Status at utorrent?
