Cause could be if you set in prefs to move finished Torrents to other directory. Maybe those are not read at restart.I retried this without moving the .torrents when done, only the files and that way it works fine.Yes, just reproduced it. If you set your .torrents to be moved when finished you will not have them in your list after restart they are gone as the done folder is not read.Definitively a bug hunted down.
