yellow triangle

please can anybody help me i have u torrent on my pc and have a wireless network which i also have connected to my laptop but i have a yellow triangle at the bottom of my u torrent and my speed of my d/loads keeps dropping ive already gone through the portforwarding process on both my pc and laptop and i've also checked my firewall but i still keep getting the yellow triangle could it be my internet or something on my pc

i would be grateful for any help
