Torrent wont load, loads fine under Azureus and Bitcomet

This is a torrent of a chinese tv series. I've tested it on utorrent 1.3 up to 1.4.1 beta and it still wont loads. It loads under Azureus and Bitcomet with no problem.

It uses a mix of path.utf8 and path keys. That is not supported at this moment.
