F-secure internet security 2008 firewall And Utorrent.

Hi ppl, do any of you have this AVP and firewall product installed if so how do I set up the firewall to allow me to use utorrent properly.

If I use the port checket in utorrent it says that my selected port is open and is accepting traffic but i get really slow download speeds,I know my ISP uses what it calls active traffic management and it does throttle during peak times.

I have opened up a a range of ports to include the port selected on my router .

I am still getting really slow downloads.

Anyone any suggestions .
