I need to open a certain port and every time I change it so said port it goes back to 51479 on its own wtf?

Edit :

ok I un-checked enable UPnP port mapping. it now lets me change the port. I hope this works cuz I'm still only getting the yellow triangle (at least its not the red circle). Although I've used the ''test if port is opened properly'' and it seems to be open.
