My problem is that they keep overheating when I keep utorrent on. I usually leave my system on all day and I switch t Off only cos of power failures. I use a program called Hard Disk Sentinel to monitor my hard disk temperatures and whenever I'm downloading or uploading the temperature goes to above 45C in both HDDs. However when I exit utorrent this doesn't happen even if I leave the system running for a long time. Can anyone tell me the best disk cache settings for least activity in my HDDs?
