The uTorrent is trying to open the key in regestry (i used regmon by sysinternals):uTorrent.exe:448 OpenKey HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\UserKeys\Administrator NOT FOUNDI had't this key, but when i created it the delay is gone and now it's all OK.
