Upload speed goes up and down

Hey all, I just started having problems uploading. Here's a picture of what I mean

Info:

• WRT54G v8.0 w/ DD-WRT v24 sp1 configured very nicely (restart/reconfig don't change anything)

• Was working perfectly (with no change in settings) the last two+ weeks (before two hours ago)

• I'm not new to this, but this symptom has never happened to me before

Don't mention stuff about ISP throttling crap (unless they're actually productive and helpful), I'm behind a school and they could care less about torrents.

Thoughts and ideas?
