Portforwarding Issue

Hi, i just changed a new pc. So i setup the static ip again and all the portforwarding steps, all done. My utorrent status bar is always showing a green tick icon which i know it means everything is doing fine. However, when i test it whether my port is forward properly using the speed guide on the options, it always says error and that i did not forward correctly. I'm still able to dl, but i can see that the speed is very unstable and usually very low unlike last time, even tho there are alot of seeds. Please enlighten me.
