Basher52 Posted June 27, 2009 Report Share Posted June 27, 2009 Hi, I had this problem show up randomly and have tried various things but have yet to figure it out. I have:1. Uninstalled and reinstalled uTorrent and am now running 1.8.3. The problem still exists.2. Tried Disabled my security software, problem still exists.3. Tried uninstalling my security software.4. Sometimes when I select Open Containing Folder, and am watching Task Manager, a new explorer process starts, then instantly goes away.5. Tried running uTorrent as admin.I am running Vista Business x64.This is merely a convenience thing, I know, but damn it it convenient to not have to jumble through stuff. jimsonfreak Posted July 24, 2009 Report Share Posted July 24, 2009 This is a known issue.http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=46695Hopefully it will be fixed soon.BUT: If no folder/instance of Explorer appears when you click "Open Containing Folder", then you might have an extension that prevents 32-bit instances of Explorer from launching.
