New errors on top of old ones

I recently came to the forums with a problem related to the torrents always having Access Denied errors. Whilst trying to fix that error, whenever i try to run uTorrent now, i get an error that goes like this "C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Temp\DownloadName.torrent could not be opened, because an unknown error occurred. Try saving to disk first and then opening the file." So if anyone knows how to fix this, i'd appreciate the help. One last thing, the Access Denied errors will still hinder me even if i manage to get this fixed so if you know a way to fix that too, that'd be wonderful. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I know i can just save it and then open it but i didn't get this error before, why am i getting it now?
