Grouping speeds/limits to one single column

In the "torrent jobs list" of the main interface is it possible to group "download speed and limit" to a single column and "upload speed and limit" to another single column in the form as "speed/limit" or "speed(limit)"?

Nope, there aren't any options like that. There are separate columns for limit which you can move beside the speed column.
