built in utorrent tracker not working

hello to all

so at home I configured utorrent in the advance menu and created a torrent file, port forwarding is ok on my barricade router; it's seeding an I connected with rdp and test the download from another location, and it's ok too.

the problem it's at work, here it's a debian linux firewall and in my torrent I have the error "no connection could be made...."; port it's ok, I dont' know what to do anymore, I've search goole but with no luck.

If someone knows the solution, but i'm 100% that it's the linux firewal configuration.
