Please anybody explain me the following doubt:

When a new torrent appears, the initial number of seeds and peers is zero. How many time is necessary to that new torrent begins to download? It's clear that the time is variable with the particular torrent but what is more usual?

And how the peers and seeds begin to appear?

You answered your own question. It's completely dependent on the torrent, so trying to pin down a "usual" amount of time is like trying to shoot a fast-moving target.
