RSS Downloader requires reset before it will download a torrent

I have various RSS feeds set up and they all used to work without a hitch, recently I found the weren't working. I checked all the details on each down loader I have set up, but everything seemed correct. I reset the feed and all of a sudden it started matching torrents again, until the following week when I had to repeat the reset again (I have about 20 down loaders set up so doing this every week isn't really and option) .

Does anyone know what causes this issue and what steps I should take to fix it?
