spble Posted November 12, 2009 Report Share Posted November 12, 2009 When all downloads are stopped because of exceeding 'Transfer Cap', I went into settings and click 'Reset History' (I was on past 5 days) and changed the 'reach' value (uploads + downloads) and clicked ok. The 'Transfer Cap' was not lifted and I had to restart the program for the reset to take effect.I'm using uTorrent 2.0 Beta (build 17188) on Windows Vista x64.
