Any Programs To Test Download And Upload Speeds?

Currently my download speeds seem to be great, i get the green checkmark at the bottom.

But when i look at my upload its sometimes below 1kB/s and when i finish downloading and check out uploading, sometimes its none.

Maybe its because no one wants the files so there is nothing to upload.

So i wonder, is there any torrents that will gaurantee uploading? something that people download all the time? or even just a testing torrent that is used to test uploading speed from utorrent?

any help is much appreciated.
