nitro912gr Posted March 13, 2010 Report Posted March 13, 2010 I noticed the same problem, but once I changed the upload limit to even lower value (1kb/s) it also decreased the speed on download at half! Once I changed it back to 5kb (or 10 if you prefer) the download speed went back to normal!Any idea what is happening?
