Authentication Issues

I'm downloading from a tracker that requires authentication. While I have an account, I don't know how to authenticate it through uTorrent, and BTjunkie just doesn't download the file. I used a magnet link to try and get the seeds, but now it says the connection is closed and I don't know how to enter my username and password to get the torrent through the magnet link. Any ideas?

EDIT: I managed to get a torrent file, but I still get the Connection Closed by Peer error. Do I have something set up wrong?

EDIT: Solved the problem. I was having port issues.
