Language settings lost in update - please fix

I don't understand why it has to be so difficult.

Every time I run the updater to get the latest version, uTorrent snags my country or system default language rather that the keyboard or preferences already stored in uTorrent by setup.

I use only , and I mean EXCLUSIVELY English on my computer if I can avoid anything else.

Just because I happen to sit in a region of the world hat cannot accept this language does not mean that I want to have to go through and change my language settings every time I update a program.

It should be a fairly simple deal for the setup program to validate my language preferences before applying some obscure and antequated language to my menus.
