Comcast, me, and Utorrent

I connect to my internet via a dlink cable modem (it has a router, which a neighbor hooks into wirelessly). My service is Comcast. For the first month or two, I have been able to use Utorrent, no problem, but now I cannot download torrents for more than 10-15 minutes before my Internet stops working.

To get it to start again, I have to unplug the cable modem, and plug it in agian.

I have noticed that, on these forms, other people have had problems with Comcast and Utorrent, but I get confused with the language they use and don't exactly know what to do, besides find a new internet provider.

Any suggestions?
