lochow
I am currently on a large network, they use a Juniper M20 router engine off of the Free range giga pop, basically a fiber optic network setup throughout colorado. According to the computing department the bandwidth of p2p downloads and torrents is limited, I do not know how. I know there are alot of unknowns in my situation, but I have a VERY fast connection and cannot utilize utorrent hardly at all. At most I get around 10 Kbps download speed, where my maximum download speed for my computer is around 10000 kbps. I am rather upset at this and was wondering if there is any solution to my problem. Ultima
Try enabling PE on the latest beta, though I'm not sure how much that'd help...
hofshi
It might be redundant if you are using Encryption, but it wouldn't hurt to set peer.lazy_bitfield to true as well.If you set outgoing Encryption to Enabled and it still doesn't help, try unchecking the "allow incoming legacy connections". you may find both settings in Preferences-->Network.
