"Last Active" column updade interval

When sorting torrents by "Last Active" any active torrents jump around making it difficult to read them. Would it be possible to make that stat update once a minute as opposed to once a second to keep them a bit more steady? I don't see why anyone would need to see when their torrent was last active to the second.
