white exclamation point red circle

I am getting a white exclamation mark in a red circle next to my downloads, it's never happened before and it's only with torrents I already had downloading, I've started a new one up and it's running perfectly, I would start the downloads again except some of them have been going for days and I've made a lot of preparations for one of them. Any help would be greatly appreciated, any info needed, point me in the right direction and I'll look for it.

You lost your cache or perhaps resume.dat.

The stuff lives in ~/Application Data/uTorrent.

You can probably rebuild the lot by right-clicking one torrent after another, selecting "Start". It will re-check all the files and assuming all your downloads are complete, that will be it. All will be fine after.

nope, i clicked start but nothing has happened, tried force checking it, again nothing :/ resume.dat is there as well :S cheers for the help though. i've restarted my torrents but still have the old ones openned
