Help please! File association problem

I'm running windows 7 64 bit and the newest utorrent client.

My problem is that when I clicked to download the torrent, it asked me what program to open the .torrent file with. I accidentally clicked for it to open it with the utorrent installer file, and also checked to do this every time from now on. Now, every time i click the link to download a torrent it says it can't open it, even though i changed the default program to open .torrent files with to the actual utorrent client. I don't know what to do
