A few questions about seeding a created torrent.

Hi ! i've a few music mixes i want to share with a few friends and other interested people and i'm not sure how to do to best upload.

-sometime i see peers but don't acutally upload to them. I suppose they download between them, but is there anything i can do to not stop uploading?

-i don't understand how the "Seed while" functions. How should i set it up to never stop uploading?

-English is only my second language so i'm a little at loss for this question:

in the main download/upload area where one can see "Name" "Size" "Peers" "Seeds" etc... there is a category that appears as #. And sometime there is a star (*) for some torrents, sometime not. What does it mean?
