No Incoming Connections

Hey guys,

I just reinstalled uTorrent and no downloads are working.

I get a yellow triangle with an explanation mark, that reads No Incoming Connections.

All the torrents say that they are downloading and there is a blue arrow.

I have tried troubleshooting the problem but haven't had any success.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
