In German-speaking Europe but want the English version

Hi

Each time I download the 2.0.2 (stable) version described as English (U.S.) I get the German version. I that because my system is purchased in Germany, and the download adjusts automatically to this?

I then go to Options and choose English instead of German, the restart the program, and it always reverts to German. Why?

The last version working on this PC was in English - no problem, so why the switch?

Any ideas?
