net.bind_ip - disable connections if value isn't valid

I would like to suggest a change in the way net.bind_ip (and it's outgoing counterpart) is handled. Currently if the value entered is incorrect (either due to user error or dhcp change) µTorrent will use any other nic/connections available. I personally prefer the way azureus handles this situation by giving an error message and disabling all connections until a new value is entered.

I prefer the Azureus method mainly because I like all my torrent traffic to go on a slower unlimited usage connection, whereas all my other traffic is on a faster connection with a monthly limit.
