Registered but still getting 400: User Not Found Error

I guess I must be missing something. I'm used to using the webui from my computer and droid and that works fine, but I can't seem to connect using this new method. I tried on both my computer and phone, just to try from completely different IPs. I've also tried via firefox (my usual browser) and IE.

When I entered the username and password on the client, it went through the process, said it was registered and was then showing as accessible, but I cannot access it from either of the two urls.

Any ideas?
